 We offer three comfortable and centrally
heated double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and
the master bedroom has a private bathroom next door.
In your room you will find a hospitality
tray with tea/coffee making facilities and a selection
of biscuits. All rooms have television and a clock radio.
Our rooms are on the first floor and enjoy
lovely countryside views.

We are open all year except for Christmas.
Booking is confirmed by sending
a non refundable deposit for 25% of the total amount
due.
We are sorry but we are unable to accept any credit

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we have a no smoking policy.
Whilst we are animal lovers ourselves we cannot cater for pets as we have our own cats.
We welcome children over 10 years of age, however they are at the sole responsibility of their guardians as we live on a working farm.
